Dawnbreaker® is a federal contractor and is proud to have served most of the Federal Agencies during the past thirty years. Our current and past clients include the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of the Navy (DoN), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCOR), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Given the breadth of experience that Dawnbreaker® has had with most of the Agency SBIR/STTR programs, Dawnbreaker® often offers Train the Trainer services. This is typically offered as a free service to SBDC an APEX accelerator staff, offered through an Agency program. In 2025, Dawnbreaker® will be offering Train the Trainer  services as part of  the DHS SBIR Phase 0 program.
